Jaarfees 2019

On Friday 14 June 2019 the Pacaltsdorp UCC Congregation started celebrating their 206th birthday with a campfire and just some fun and games. Die aand was op die gepaste manier geopen deur Br Lionel Fortuin, sameroeper van die Sendingraad. Die aand was geken aan lekker voetjeuk musiek wat verskaf was deur DJ Toxic. Van die wyke en organisasies het van die geleentheid gebruik gemaak deur worsrolletjies, oondbroodjies, koffie en doughnuts te verkoop as deel van die kerk se jaarlikse fondsinsamelings geleentheid. The congregation took part in a Zumbathon presented by Miss Meagynn Noble, and the some of the ladies competed for the Annual MISS CONG title. The winner was Ms Jolene Booysen (Boys Brigade) and her princesses were Ms Cathlene Harmse (Senior Choir/Sunday and Miss Terblanche (Sunday School). The highlight of the competition was the one contestant introduced as Miss Gerhard Human which actually received the loudest cheer from the Audience.
